Just to temper anyone's expectations, a "Bangai-hen" is usually just nothing than what it says: An "Extra Chapter". Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas got a Bangai-hen last year which was just a collection of various bonus stories that appeared between 2015 & 2021, while something like Kuroko's Bsketball: Extra Game was just a two-volume sequel story to that manga. I expect Saintia Sho Bangai-hen to just be a short little bonus story, no longer than maybe a couple of volumes, max.
That said, I don't expect to ever see this be given an official English release, as Seven Seas' release of the manga likely was a dud. Aside from the history of the franchise not doing well in North America, I think it's especially telling that the full color title page for each volume stopped being printed in color starting with Volume 9 over here. I mean, if Seven Seas can't even justify spending the extra money to print a literal single color page for each volume for the second half of the series, then it must be doing really badly; at least the last two volumes should be out by the end of this year.

I tried to read a few chaps but all female cast is not for me.
I remember seeing a brief image of Seiya there though, but I guess this not canonical.

Regardless of anything, I liked Saintia Sho manga, the anime adaption wasn't good, but the manga is great. Wish the author continue the story with more volumes
