Never thought I would see the day that the spin-off light novels would get an anime!

..In the darkest times of WSJ gag manga, when every other is barely treated, getting axed fast or simply does not have enough material to get an anime, one troll with silver curly hair raises himself from the grave to make probably the most unexpected comeback and getting more fun jabs on the series that released after it and getting topical.

God dang it, Sunri... oh, right, BN Pictures.

Imagine if they decide to reboot Gintama anime, but which is self aware of the previous series, and which also parodies the world events in 2020s. Smile

Great news! Gintama is one of my favorites! Hope for a normal TV adaptation and that they will adapt all the 8 published light novels volumes! It would be amazing!

Just when we thought we'd go our lives without seeing a Spy x Family parody, Gintama returned to us. I haven't even watched the anime, but lord knows I'm ready for the out of context twitter clips. Anime hyper

Gintama will never die!! Hopefully the projects up to 2026 includes some new movies or direct sequel manga, too.

It was only shorts, but it's still something
