The English dub already premiered on Cartoon Network Philippines in May. It won't start airing over in the US till July I think.

When I saw the title, I was I surprised it wasn't just the instrumental or it used the instrumental and new English lyrics were made because you know how localization doens't respect Japan even when they use actual English lyrics.

That's false. The full lyrics are 99% English. The 1 min 30 Japanese version of the OP uses the Japanese verse from 0:19 to 0:45 for a total of 26 seconds. The English OP is just using the English verses for obvious reasons.
