Not surprising given where the story is. I started reading Arte so long ago it feels like the end of an era.

Is Comikey still releasing the manga in English? I remember one company did so but stopped at a certain point.

They are but there are long gaps between releases. Last time it was a seven month gap between chapters 84 and 85. The latest update was chapter 88 back in March.
