Well, I like the character designs and how colorful it looks.
So will this Hero Party turn out as bad as the one in Beast Tamer did? MAO and Yoshino Nanjo's characters look genuinely nice at least.
Hisako Kanemoto as an elf waifu!
Satoshi Hino as the mentor uncle character when he probably could have headlined this kind of show years ago.

Some how, some way, they are significantly worse than the hero party in Beast Tamer.

Having never read nor seen Beast Tamer, I cannot draw any comparisons.
After just finishing the 211 episodes of the web novel, I can tell you that it is no surprise what happens to the MC's old party. With some good editing, I can see 26-28 episodes covering the entire web novel. It was nice the see all the main characters develop and grow. I do like the visuals of all the characters. Much better than I imagined they would be.
