I saw it over the weekend with my partner. Glad we could contribute to the weekend earnings!

Saw it twice! Loved it. Was happy to see my theater packed on Friday. Can't wait for everyone to get a chance to experience it.

For a screening with less than 800 theaters that is a very good performance.

Yeah, to be honest. I was surprised that this particular Gundam film was able to make this amount of money given that Gundam (not since Gundam Wings) is not a mainstream franchise in the US on the same level as Dragonball, Naruto, or My Hero Academia. But it's impressive though.

Saw it in Southern PGH, nearly twenty people. 75% female audience was mildly surprising.
What were demographics for other areas?
There were so many fun tidbits and nostalgia points. Heck, Foolypedia works.

It was a lot of fun. I was surprised when the first bit felt like 80s Gundam, but in a good way.
Does anyone remember Grandis from Nadia? I swear she’s in this movie, and hasn’t aged a day.

Great to hear! I was a little worried since I was the only person at my theater. What is really strange is the screening of Char's Counterattack next week at the same theater is about 1/3 sold out. I have seen way less promotion for these anniversary screenings than I did for Gquuuuuux.
