So I bought the first volume and while it wasn't bad I wasn't impressed either. Does it get better because it seems very "monster of the week" trope stuff as of that one volume. Kind of hard to believe this is one of the most requested manga to be an anime.

It is one of those manga that gets better as it progresses. You need patience to understand the appeal.

I've heard a lot of good things about this series so I'll definitely be checking out the anime! Especially with Atsumi Tanezaki as the female lead!

I've seen the manga for this and thought about giving it a try. Hm. It's been a good week for Jump+ adaptions.

I read like the first volume only and I found it pretty darn funny
