This is very sad to hear, he was a very talented composer for several well-known old school anime. He'll be missed, RIP!!!

The last great name from the same generation as Shunsuke Kikuchi and Seiji Yokoyama... definitely had a good run with FoTNS and Galaxy Express 999.
