The short anime was actually kind of fun and I hoped a little there would be more... besides, I'm a sucker for anything with Yukari Tamura.

The OAVs were a real surprise for me. The middle of the story is surprisingly depressing, not at all what you would expect from what was otherwise a fun and over-the-top magical girl story.
