If they stream it on Nico video you can let it buffer the whole file before you hit play. Only Longtail Video's newer JW player is mean enough to kick out streams if you aren't playing them.

wow thats neat hopefully they do stream it for those outside of Japan I just hope the video player is one of those that close the connection on you if you leave it idle for certain amount of time.
