I don't know how can I add the name of a new mangaka. For example, GONTA. I think you don't have anything did by him.

What steps I must do? Confused

You have to first add a project that he's worked on. At that point you need to wait for it to be aproved (current delays is about 4 weeks, I want to get that backdown to 1 week).

After the manga is aproved you can add him as a staff, and his person entry will be created.
