Looks to be somewhat interesting, judging from the fight scenes. I wonder if any company is interested in simulcasting it.

Ooh! Gear up the awesome music, cue some lightning and dramatic poses and....!

Oh, a five second shot of her crotch. This is going to be one of those series, isn't it? The ones where I'd have to put with frequent scenes of constant fanservice in order to get my kickass action scenes? *sigh*

Well, to those who don't mind any of that or even enjoy it, have fun with this series.

Heh. I actually laughed out loud when the extended crotch-shot came up in what appeared to be a dramatic scene. Also, that girl has the roundest, most spherical ta-tas I've seen in recent memory. It's a shame given how everything else looks pretty well done, but if the series is going the Ikki Tousen route, I'm out.

Well, you know, there are people who love these shows and more power to 'em. I was just hoping for a straight-up actionfest; clearly I'm not the audience.

When is the next set of Black Lagoon coming out...?

You people just don't get it. The crotch exposed by some savage attack (that managed to shred the outer layer of clothes yet leave the crotch itself unscathed) is an important thematic element. You see, it represents... oh, I give up.

This was literally my exact thought process. "Hey this looks pretty co.....how long is this damn camera going to focus on her panties?"

Why is this music so awesome but the presentation so weak?

I just hope the anime leaves in all the gore. That and the fanservice were probably the only things that made it worth reading. The story is paced horribly, with 32 chapters they'd only have enough material to make like 7 or 8 episodes.

It's a manhwa, not a manga. Anyways I am going to check it out, I liked this guys other works so I am sure this will be good.

Like Black God (Kurokami), Freezing is made by Korean creators, but released first and primarily for a Japanese magazine for Japanese readers. There are other creators such as Felipe Smith and Patric Yu whose recent works are considered "manga" since they were published first in Japanese and aimed primarily at Japanese readers.
