In the manga board, there's a stickie for links that provide users the opportunity to read manga legally. I had a few questions about this. Though I've started to ask Paploo about them in private messages, I haven't had a chance to hear back from him yet. Please understand that I'm not trying to be rude.
If I had links to provide, is there a member here who I could send them to in order to ensure that they were in fact legal before I posted them? For that matter, should we provide a link to Takahiko Inoue's Buzzer Beater manga? It's hosted at his personal website, so I can't imagine it's not a legal link.
Do Japanese webcomics count as legal manga links, especially if they're self-published? On that same topic, should any links to Shiftylink be provided? One could debate to what degree their work is manga, and that's not a debate I want to have. However, they've been advertising pretty heavily here. I tend to see their advertisements before I get a chance to log in.
