I know there are DVDs out for Digimon: Data Squad available and for cheap, but as for boxsets for the other series, you can find them on Amazon and eBay, but they are expensive.

Like Aura said, Amazon and eBay are good bets. If you want the original Japanese DVDs (without subs) you could try CDJapan. That's where I got mine. Very Happy

If you have a Big Lots store near your, Digimon: The Movie has been spotted there recently (no guarantees on availability though). Aside from that, you're largely stuck paying inflated prices online.
