It would be helpful if you can at least tell us what kind of manga you like or into. We can say how good a manga is, but if it's not what you're looking for, then it's going to suck.
Tokyo Babylon is a clamp work, if you like thier style, than you might like this as it's average at best. |

I like character-driven, emotionally rich series. I was reading the plot summary for this and it looked kinda cool.

Tokyo Babylong is rather character-driven. As with their other earlier works like RG Veda and X, the artwork starts off so-so, but gets up to speed with that wonderful Clamp quality about halfway throug the series. The downisde is that the plot isn't really very complicated, and instead of a constant flowing comic like X or Rayearth, it's handled more on a episode after episode basis. But if you're into character development, then go for it, you'll like it. If you're an X reader/fan/etc., then you'll also recongize some characters and references.

I've read tokoyo babylon, it was interesting but i begin to get bored with it
