I thought that it would be more than that.

Hm... can anyone tell me if the ending from the manga is the same as the anime? ^^;;

I have no idea how they'll wrap up the last chapter, unless it's an extended chapter.

They never intended to keep going in the first place. Especially when the manga came out after the anime. Doesn't usually follow the rule when there is a manga BEFORE there is an anime (ie. -Airmaster, Gunslinger Girl, Chrno Crusade, etc...).

Mai-HiME you can tell it was a strictly original concept from 'Sunrise'. And usually, when there are manga adaptations on an anime it's usually and alternate retelling anyway. So it's really something extra for the fans. Smile

Now when the second series starts they'll have a manga version for that too. They're probably working on it already.

Mai-HiME was kind of unique in that they intended to have the anime and manga be different from the start.

Arggh, typos. It's fixed now. Don't know how I always do that. Got to slow down. I usually preview things 4-5 times.
