In episode one of Negima, one of the girls (I forget who, the one with purple hair who pushes her bangs in her face) says something like, "I wish our teacher was a girl". Then this girl with green hair says, "Half of the people in the words are men, you know. You have to get used to it. Just look at this!" or something and shows her a picture from a yaoi manga. Was this something just drawn up for the show, or is it from a real manga?

The little dialogue with the yaoi manga does not appear in the manga. But was most likely add to the anime to help give a quick portrayal of Nodoka's (the girl with the purple bangs in her face) personality. Where as in the manga they have more time and can slow develop her personality.

Ah, I think I didn't make my question clear. I'm not asking if that particular scene happened in the Negima manga; I'm asking whether that particular image was drawn specifically for the anime, or was scanned from a preexisting yaoi manga, like maybe whatever was on the first page of BexBoy. This is really a question for yaoi gurus, and since they probably wouldn't touch something like Negima with a fifty foot pole, maybe I should take a screenshot of the scene. (Only I don't know how. Could someone PM me with instructions?  )

There's a button on the top of your keyboard, beside F12, that should say "Print Scrn" on it. You press when whatever you want to take a screenshot of appears on your computer screen and a copy is made of it, that you can paste into an imaging software program. This doesn't work with all files, but I've found it does work about 75% of the time at least.

Print Screen never worked for me. Instead, if you have Windows Media Player you just press Ctrl + I and it'll allow you to save the current image as a file.
Wolverine Princess, did it catch your attention and you're looking for the source?  I don't know the answer, but if it is from some random Yaoi manga (which I kinda doubt) feel free to post it in the trivia section in the encyclopedia entry.

The detail in the image caught my attention, since it definatley looked like it was copied from a manga. Really, looking back on it, I feel kind of embarrased making this thread. It's a really, really, really trivial question.
(and the Prnt Scrn button didn't work for me.)

It didn't show in the manga because in the manga, they never told us that nodoka hated boys
