New to the site and new to anime so please be gentle.

When I search any particular anime, say Full Metal Alchemist and by clicking details in the User Rating I see this anong so many other things.
Seen in part or in whole by 3506 users, rank: #3
Since im fairly new to anime is there a way to see a listing by rank? Im far more interested in what people think than any single review.
