It still takes two-and-a-half-years for some major American movies to be released in Japan in this day and age? I know there will often be a lag of up to half a year or so, but I thought most of what would be marketable to a general audience in Japan would get there a bit sooner.
Also, anyone else first see this headline in an ANN tweet and presume it was some kind of crossover with Rio Rainbowgate? |

Yeah, Chronicle's taken 1.5 years to come out there. Maybe the Japanese aren't big Blue Sky fans?

Couldn't believe what I was reading until I saw it. I have to admit it so cute. Well, I did like the movie only because I have a soft spot for parrots and budgies.
