You know,Ever since I've been playing Tatsunoko vs Capcom, something hit home for me,which made me get into a nostalgia classic mood lately for the past few months now,so I decided to revisit a forgotten anime from my childhood I used to catch on HBO back in 1992. some of you might remember Tatsunoko's version of the classic Pinocchio Story(Known as Mokku of the Oak Tree in japan) which debuted in japan in 1972,I used to always watch this version of Pinnochio which was surprisingly alot Darker in tone compared to the more light hearted campy american disney film. I mean some of the things pinnochio did in this version were just downright insane.

some of you might be familiar with the Saban English Dub known as Saban's Adventures of Pinnochio which adapted all 52 episodes of the Anime series, however, some of you may not be too familiar with the more obscoured 1989 Bullets Dub which basically took a few episodes and combined them into a single movie. Would'nt this style of dubbing basically be killing 2 birds with one Stone? to show you what i'm talking about, heres the Saban dub.

You know, with all the other Tatsunoko classics such as Teknoman (Tekkaman Blade), Eagle Riders (Gatchaman F), or Speed Racer, this is the one I remember most from my childhood, how about you guys?
