Mushi-shi. In HD. 'Nuff said.
Hope the staff can capture the magic of the TV series, though at least many of the core people are back. But on a separate note, looks thinner and angular than he was depicted before (at least in the trailer and promo picture on the site).

Mushishi is one of the best surreal TV series ever created. Highly suggest for people to watch it.

I need to get back to watching the series again. I started into it a couple of times, but stopped after only three or four episodes. There was nothing wrong with the series, it was just that the person I was watching them with wasn't overly taken by it. Then we'd switch to watching something else. I remember liking the series and always meant to finish it off.
