I'll definitely read the Moyoco Anno ones. Hope this doesn't stop them getting a print release elsewhere though.

Well, getting better. I think I still need a couple more series I'm really interested in to subscribe to the manga part. But it is getting much closer.

Moyocco Anno writes a lot about prostitutes, doesn't she? I didn't like Sakuran much-it was quite depressing- but I might give her other manga a try. I wonder if anyone will try to get Hataraki Man.

Shonen manga about the stock market! It's novel (in America at least) if nothing else.

I hope that these titles will be hard copies at some point. More Moyoco Anno is always a good thing here.

Additionally, Vertical announced in July that it will release Anno's Insufficient Direction manga in North America.

FYI: "Insufficient Direction" has been released; it had a release date of Feb. 25. I pre-ordered it from Right Stuf and they shipped it on Wednesday, but I see they are out of stock at the moment. Amazon.com has it in stock, though. Here are a few links.

Though Japan stock market is quite different from stock markets in America. Japan stock market is even more dominated by institutions and businesses cross-owning stocks of each other, and a lot less of general public owning stocks by themselves or even thru mutual funds. Regular Japanese hardly ever touch stocks among their personal assets.
