I did not watch steins gate because I am not interested in chaos head but I do own robotics notes but I have not watched it either.
feels like too much drama to handle.

It won't happen, the drama cds were put out in 2010 after the PC port was released. Like all of the drama cd and manga side material it won't get animated since it's not main timeline canon.
