Well I wonder what this could be about. Speaking of the movie though, I'm actually a bit interested after seeing the filler back to back (used to promote the film) on Thursday.

Surprise surprise. Even though Naruto is over, I knew we weren't gonna see the end of it anytime soon.

this series doesn't know the meaning of the words "to end/to finish"
.___.

As long we get a project that involves an official alternate ending where NaruSaku is realized, then I can deal with the NaruHina/SasuSaku ending.

Awwwwwwwww! Poor baby!
Man, these NaruSaku fans just won't let it go. It's a shipping that's as unlikely as a pig mating with an elephant.

As much as I hate the term shipping, it is very annoying when people pair up unlikely couples.

uh, how? What are they even going to DO with it? Everyone's arcs are over, and definitively so in The Last due to the series FINALLY giving Naruto and Hinata's relationship closure. It's done, we don't need any more. And that's before you get into the fact that you can't possibly escalate the series further.

It seems that the Naruto franchise is here to stay for ages, even after the show's conclusion...

NaruHina was obvious from jump street. So was SasuSaku. I can care less about shipping and only really interested in this movie for Toneri, but can we give it a rest already? Naruto isn't a romance series.
Anyway, I hope we find out whether or not Bolt and Himawagi have the Byakugan now. I really hope Himawagi inherts the Uzumaki clans gifts. It'll be interesting to see a character like Bolt work to learn the Gentle Fist, maybe under Hanabis teachings.

Kishi could at least mention in an interview why he didn't decide to go NaruSaku when there was a lot more interaction between them.

I'm sorry but to all of you complainers, since when did a creator's work dictate that it's officially over? Kishimoto is still at the helm of Naruto, so he decides what's left. Just because one form of media of a series is over does not mean it's over for good. The creator can do whatever he wants with the series in any form he wishes.

Will it take Kishimoto another 15 years to finish this new project?
