Has anyone noticed about the "Log Out" button?

Hi. I just went to ANN today and I just saw my username under the word "Log Out". And I was wondering. Did anyone else noticed that, too? It's very new to me.

The link should help you but...

That is pretty much what is supposed to happen though in most cases the username is in the right of the "Log out" option. Looking like this, in my case:

Log out [ Gage ]

I noticed it, and it is a modification to the forums, but how is it a bug or a problem?
