It seems that Empire of Corpses has drawn quite a good scare to score nearly 7,000 copies on Week 1.

I hope Empire of Corpses is good, the other movie from the same author interests me quite a bit more but this seems promising as well. The sales it achieved are just decent I guess.

Don't let the number deceive you. It is not a good movie. I have seen it today and in the middle it just turned into one of those "save the world" kind of scenario like in Guilty Crown. They even had a villain playing piano to trigger the apocalypse.

I think EoC is a good movie, except for the climax and the villain. As jojothepunisher said, from the middle it became little by little "that" kind of scenario. I thought it was really a shame, as I really enjoyed the first half of it.
