I saw the pic, read that it was a hot springs special, and thought "oh, it's like a soft core porn style ova".

I did not mean to imply that that the concept is new -- I know it is not new -- but rather that that it will very obviously be a by-the-numbers episode and I will be damned if I go out of my way to see such crap!

Yeah, I'm waiting for more of the LN so the story can continue, this doesn't need to be made. I'll probably still watch because Hestia and inquiring minds want to see how Lili, Lion, Asfi and the rest look in swimsuits

Well, we've already seen them without the swimsuits,, so. . . 
Not what I was expecting, and I was a little disappointed that they went this direction instead of adapting one of the short stories, but I like the franchise so much that I'll check it out regardless.

So the same thing that happened to Aria the Scarlet Ammo. A stupid-ass spin off anime instead of continuing the series in a second season. Awesome.

I don't know if anybody said they didn't believe you, but I would'nt have wanted to believe that Danmachi's producers would stoop to this...

Maybe it was on this site or another, but I remember people insisting that they'd continue the manga.
