Collab cafes are constantly running in Tokyo. What makes some news and some not?

Animate Cafe
Karaoke no Tetsujin collabs

And there are tons of other chains that do collabs, like Sweets Paradise, Chara Crepe, etc....

The anime has just started and already it's getting its own cafe (well more like a collaboration, but close enough). Good for those who like the story and live/are visiting Japan when it opens.
