Another tragic death for 2018. At least he gets to see the original seiyu for Lupin and Zenigata. RIP.

Sad and a little scary that being an author in Japan even with some fame can leave you dead and undiscovered alone in an apartment...I hope his family (if has such) thinks on that this Christmas...
