While I can’t say I’m unhappy to see more AMG manga, the way the original was ended and the (initially) pretty thin premise and the fact that the original artist isn’t drawing it, just smells of “Need money, must draw stuff”
But maybe I’m getting cynical

I'm not sure if you are joking or not. If you mean call girl as in sex worker, emphatically not. Belldandy was a telephone answer-er on the "goddess hotline" who would come down and give selected individuals one wish. The hero asks for a goddess like her to be with him forever and the wish is granted. No sex for the next 48 volumes. She is supposed to be one of the norns from Norse mythology. |

On the one hand I love the news of more OMG material. On the other I would prefer first and foremost to have a REAL ending and not the rushed/botched one we got. The last 2 volumes were just horridly rushed and the climatic apex of the story we more like an afterthought. I don't care so much that it's not Fujishima, as long as they keep to the spirit of the characters.
