Diana Wynne-Jones would own the theme park rights to that, and I doubt she look kindly on any theme park version of her books, much less ones based on adaptations which she didn't like.

^Ursula K LeGuin wrote the Earthsea novels. Diana Wynne Jones wrote Howl’s Moving Castle. While LeGuin hated the adaptations of her books, Jones was reportedly a fan of the Ghibli film of her work. But Ghibli would likely have to go through whoever currently controls the rights of LeGuin’s works to use her characters.
