They were recording music for it earlier as well. This suggests to me that a teaser trailer will be incoming. Likely during the Game Awards. Kojima likely also wants to use it as a recruitment advertisement.
Looking forward to seeing what KojiPro can pull off with Decima on PS5.

Can Kojima Productions use Decima if the game isn't published by Sony Interactive Entertainment? I'm really asking, because I don't know the answer.

According to Kojima, there were no strings attached. They literally just presented him with it on a fancy flash drive. Kojima returns the favour by helping develop the engine with his team that Guerilla and other studios use freely.
Both Sony and Kojima are also doing PC releases, Sony on selective older titles, so Kojima is likely happy with PS console exclusives and PC. But who knows? There's been no info on Kojima receiving Xbox dev kits, otherwise Microsoft would've mentioned them amongst their partners. That said, we're only presuming that, and Kojima could simply outsource an Xbox port like the PC port of Death Stranding.
So I'd say that unless Sony is helping fund his next game, likely via their own studios acting as support, then KojiPro could easily do a multiplat game next. They could even be amongst devs that Epic Games courted and use UnReal if it came down to it. But I feel Kojima wants to keep using Decima, and Sony wants as many console exclusives as they can get from 3rd parties with Microsoft buying up developers.
