I'm happy to see the series finding new life on Netflix, but I'm curious what the cast for the dub will end up looking like...I'm guessing Robbie Daymond, Billy Kametz, Zeno Robinson, Aleks Le, Zach Aguilar, Sean Chiplock and pretty much all the a-list male VA's will end up in it (doubly so since the dub is supposed to be Union).

I’ve never heard of Kuroko’s Basketball. Is it related to The Basketball Which Kuroko Plays?

On the note of this official announcement, here's a hypothetical cast list I came up with years ago for the first two seasons of Kuroko. Wonder how many will end up correct...

Tetsuya Kuroko: Khoi Dao
Taiga Kagami: Matthew Mercer

Riko Aida: Erica Lindbeck
Junpei Hyuga: Robbie Daymond
Shun Izuki: Tom Bauer
Shinji Koganei: Brian Beacock
Satoshi Tsuchiya: Lucien Dodge
Kouki Furihata: Erik Scott Kimerer
Kouichi Kawahara: Max Mittelman
Hiroshi Fukuda: Kyle McCarley
Teppei Kiyoshi: Kyle Hebert
Kagetora Aida: Keith Silverstein

Ryota Kise: Landon McDonald (because there's no way my original Vic Mignogna prediction's coming true)
Shintaro Midorima: Crispin Freeman
Daiki Aomine: Patrick Seitz
Atsushi Murasakibara: Todd Haberkorn
Seijuro Akashi: Johnny Yong Bosch
Satsuki Momoi: Cherami Leigh

Yukio Kasamatsu: Chris Hackney
Kazunari Takao: Ray Chase
Shouichi Imayoshi: Steve Staley
Ryo Sakurai: Spike Spencer
Kosuke Wakamatsu: Doug Erholtz
Tatsuya Himuro: Grant George
Makoto Hanamiya: Sean Chiplock

Tomoki Tsugawa: Bryce Papenbrook
Tsutomu Iwamura: Kaiji Tang
Ryuuhei Kasuga: David Vincent
Papa Mbaye Siki: Zeno Robinson

Idk if you're joking or not but Kuroko's Basketball is the shortened version of the series title

Definitely psyched for this. Always love KuroBas and if it gets a quality dub it'll just expand its audience to new viewers and that's a beautiful thing.

I also saw this announcement on Netflix's latin-american upcoming titles, but I'm not sure if it's going to get dubbed into neutral-spanish, most non Netflix original anime that arrive on the platform do not get dubbed, there are some exceptions such as titles that premiered on Netflix in the region such as One Punch Man, Megalobox, One Piece and Food Wars which did receive dubs (a redub in the case of One Piece), but I haven't heard any news or rumors about Kuroko getting a spanish dub. There have been some rumors about JoJo getting a spanish dub due to the Rohan OVA arriving on Netflix as an Original, and perhaps they want to add more material as well.
