Glad to hear it wasn’t outright canceled but I knew something was wrong when we hadn’t heard any news the whole year. I thought the pandemic had something to do with it.

My money's on them turning it into an OVA or two on account of the explicit content.

I'm sad to hear this as I found the series fascinating. I hope it will still be a TV anime but if it has to change the format, I'm hoping for a movie over OVAs.
