Apparently, they were able to secure Dante again for the game, but so far he was only announced for the deluxe version. And it looks like another digital deluxe version but the physical is standard. I'm not too thrilled to see moves made to steer things away from physical purchases.

They announced a while back that Dante would be DLC. The base game will have Raidou instead, which is the version Japan got back on PS2.
In fact all of the "digital deluxe" bonuses for Nocturne look like DLC that will be available for purchase separately (or possibly free in the case of the merciful difficulty).
I do agree with not caring much for the renewed trend of trying to push digital over physical though.
