So, being only familiar with Old Codex via Free! and not really having the ear for it...was the song included in the trailer? I know SOME song was, but it doesn't really have lyrics beyond a few words and some muffled rapping, so did the production team really have to redo the trailer because of this?
I do recall that Makoto won't be recast (thank goodness; it would have been so jarring to hear a random new voice amidst all the familiarity, especially since he's one of the main-main characters), but are they going to completely do away with the song altogether? It sucks because the group is so entwined with the series, though I do understand that's just how things go in the JP entertainment industry... |
