Really great to hear this perspective, and it has me looking forward to this release a lot more. It’s interesting to hear from people who came to Atelier after the Arland games, when Gust really went back to the style of Marie, complete with time limits, less combat focus, and bigger emphasis on relationship building as the storytelling tool. I know the time limits turned off a lot of people, but I do miss the loose structure those games had, so I’m excited for a bit of a return to that.

What on earth is that costume in the promo image. Gyaru enhanced school miniskirt, Bikini Top paired with a leather top that only wraps her collar bone and a warm blue coat with a matching nurses hat.
And I have no idea what that item held underneath her bosom is but it looks like a level for construction tasks. |

Not sure exactly, but I don't think the outfit looks all that far off from the original.
