Can't think of anyone better to take up the reins from Steve Blum!
(Is this all building up to a Dirge of Cerberus remake with the remake cast?)

Probably still Shogo Suzuki.

There's been speculation that the spinoffs will all either be remade or integrated into the main game, all the way to a playable Advent Children. We'll see.

The Japanese version retains all voice actors unless they have passed away, retired, or can't return due to a specific reason.
Barret's voice actor, for example, just retired so Nomura confirmed in the Tokyo Game Show interviews from a few weeks ago that Rebirth will be voiced by Mahito Funaki. Vincent's voice in the trailer sounds the same. The Tokyo Game Show interviews only mentioned Barret and Reno's voice actors. Voice actor changes in FF7 in Japan is serious business so this confirms aside from the trailer and website, that Suzuki is back as Vincent otherwise it would have been mentioned.

Nice. I think Steve Blum would have done a fine job but I think Matt Mercer equally works.
