S2 of Oshi is in fact getting a dub they actually premiered it at AnimeNYC, I could be wrong but I believe the dub premieres next month.

OnK is already a hit for them, and the fans are not going to go away just because the English dub is not coming soon enough.
I Parry Everything appears to be doing surprisingly well for them. And they want to capitalize by releasing the dub this quick.
