Last weekend I couldn't visit parts of the site or two consecutive pages of the forum because I kept getting these errors. I had to delete my cookies before I could use the site normally again. But now I'm getting these errors all over again. Often they appear in place of ads, other times it's a blank page with the same message.
Can't imagine I'm the only one getting this. I'm using the current version of Chrome on Windows 11. Emerje |

Hi Emerje,
You're not alone. This has happened to me too and I'm a Chrome user too, when the same thing happened to me I had to switch to Microsoft Edge (despite using the same Chromium engine that is used to run Google Chrome browser) for ANN to combat this. But sometime it can happened on Edge too (not on the same scale like Google Chrome), and I don't know why. |

Yeah, I'm still getting it from time to time on both Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Not frequent, but it does happen. |

We're looking into it, we're not certain if it's a Cookie issue or a header (more likely cookie though), and we aren't certain if it's an ANN cookie, or an ad network cookie.
Can you try this page: https://animenewsnetwork.com/meta/cookies.html And tell me the total cookie size listed on the first line? Do not cut & paste the entire results, only the first line. |

4821 bytes total cookie size
I haven't gotten this error again since clearing my cookies last Sunday, but it was around a week after the first time I did that I got the error again so it might pop up any day now, if at all. Emerje |

As of this post for now? No. But I want to give this information when it happen: On Chrome: every now and then I get that error, not all the time but it does happen. It can happen randomly when I clicked on "View your Posts" on the forum section. Also some article or whenever I randomly access something, I get that error for no reason, I had to logged out for that error to be gone. On Edge: It doesn't happen that often on Microsoft Edge compared to how I get this on Google Chrome. Sometime it does happen randomly. Is that enough information for you Tempest? Are there any more details you want me to put on there? |

It happened again when I clicked on "view your posts" on the forum section, and I clicked on the link you told me to click on, this is what I'm getting: 7045 bytes total cookie size I'm using Google Chrome by the way as of this post, the serial offender of where I'm getting majorities of the error from. |
