Such drama surrounding what should’ve been an easy sale. I wonder why Alliance Entertainment decided to terminate the purchase agreement? To be petty or did they find out more than they bargained for?

Bleeding cool has been digging into the whole thing and it sounds like somebodyy on either side did something in due dilligence; but it might be a bit before we know more.
