Really great to know an English version will be available so soon!

I'm curious as to how "remastered" this actually is. These days that term has gotten a lot broader than it used to. It could just mean that the game now supports up to 4K resolution, but maybe they didn't touch up the video files at all. Maybe they upscaled the video files, either manually or with AI. Or it's all newly animated/touched up footage. That would certainly be my preference, bring it up to more modern standards visually, but I have a feeling the video files have simply been upscaled and the game now supports more modern resolutions. Perhaps we can get Shiny Days Remastered if this does well and perhaps the first ever English release of Cross Days. Not really sure why that never happened.

I wonder if they would even bother with Shiny Days knowing how messy that release got.

I mean if they cut out the problematic content from the start, and this is one instant where I think cutting content is actually very justified regardless of the release region, I don't think they'd have an issue.
