Sounds very much like "The Magical Girl and the Evil Lieutenant Used to Be Archenemies," and a couple other recent things? I feel this sort of premise has great potential, but it usually just results in lighthearted fluff. Which is fine and all, but I'd be curious to see a take that delves into the ramifications more of such a relationship.

I've heard this one is platonic though. That's a shame...

My interest would be quite piqued actually, if that's truly the case. Some of the artwork implies to me this will go in the direction of romance, however.

For those curious, as of chapter 15.2, there is ZERO romance between Tanpopo(Dandelion) and Shade and the series has made it clear that it is NOT all nice and fluffy with some Dandadan and Madoka tier dark and trumatic shit happening.
