The Latin American Spanish dub for the first episode was added yesterday and it was recorded in Media Access Argentina. Lately some of Disney+ anime have been recorded in Argentina, including Bullet/Bullet and Cat's Eye, though Twisted Wonderland is being dubbed in Mexico

The English dub is apparently already streaming on Disney+ in other regions so bonkers decision they're delaying it till November for the US.

The English dub of Episode 7 was supposed to be released on November 22nd, but it still has not been released as of December 6th, which should have been the release of Episode 8.
There's no news anywhere on what happened.
