Out of curiousity, if someone decides to reprint the manga due to this new anime, who would be likely to do it? I would imagine they may have to start over from scratch, though.

Huh, my only real exposure to the manga was it being a point of inspiration for one of the contestants in Culinary Class Wars. He straight up lists the chapters that inspire his dishes at points.

I’m all for classic old school Shonen stuff and nice to see this teaser looks good, honestly TROYCA needs a win after that Shinobi anime they made kinda flopped (or well I didn’t think it was that good tbh) tho I recall somebody saying the reason Ei Aoki was the best fit was more because of Girls Bravo and honestly I wish they hadn’t said that because I would’ve preferred to live in blissful ignorance. Like I know nothing about this manga but now I’m learning apparently it’s actually kinda horny? Here’s the thing…I LOOOOOOOOVE THAT. I’m ALL FOR THE HORNY, but considering the Bastard!! Remake still toned down its stuff I’m skeptical they’ll keep whatever horny is in this or at least severely tone it down. I think Hell Teacher Nube also suffered from this tho I haven’t seen any of that so don’t quote me there. Either way I’m sure this will be good and I’ll happily check it out but I just hope they don’t tone down the horny and if they do I wish I hadn’t learned about it so I wouldn’t be disappointed

Probably Viz, what would of course do their own translation.

The manga is currently published in Japan by Kadokawa, so honestly the most reasonable choice for a new English release of Iron Wok Jan! would actually be Yen Press, which is majority owned by Kadokawa.
I would say that a title like Jan really isn't in Yen's usual wheelhouse, but they are currently re-releasing the Battle Royale manga, so I guess anything's possible?
