This DID NOT end on Episode 18. It was planned to have 21 episodes for months. The game itself has 2 endings. Every website (that I've been to) that has the episode count of this anime will tell you that it will have 21 episodes. Meaning it didn't end on Episode 18. If it did, then those websites would list it at 18. And do a separate page for the 3 other episodes.

Jokes aside. This person is treating these 3 remaining episodes as Specials. They aren't. They are just regular episodes. Nothing special about them.
