soo they only made on whole season of star ocean ex.....there not gonna make any more?

I don't think so. The anime didn't sell well in North America and the manga is incomplete.

Speculation is pointless. Please refer to many of the other numerous "will there be more of [whatever] anime" threads I've locked for an explanation. I'm sure you can find 2 or 3 on the first two pages at this point...
