I am looking for a good action (preferably shounen) manga based on the classic chinese novel The Water Margin. I would like to also know how many voumes of it there are. I have heard of one made by Kiyoshi Numata and another made by Takao Saito. But I have no idea how many volumes of those there are.

If you have the names of the mangaka, why don't you look in the encyclopedia for it? There's a nice link to it at the top right hand corner of your screen, it really isn't that difficult.

I tired it only one of the mangaka was even listed, and the other one did not have suikoden listed under him, as these are old titles.
