What: North American anime and asian culture event. When: September 19-21, 2008 Where: Renaissance Waverly Hotel and the Cobb Galleria Centre, Atlanta, Georgia. Website: http://www.awa-con.com/ Cost: Single memberships are $30.00 per person until May 1, 2008. Group Memberships are $20.00 per group member until March 1, 2008. (Please note that you must have six or more members in your group to use the Online Group Membership.) Anime Weekend Atlanta 14, The Southeast's Premiere Japanese Animation Festival, announces its first round of confirmed guests, including Amy Howard Wilson (Starblazers), Fred Perry (Gold Digger), Travis Willingham & Vic Mignogna (Full Metal Alchemist), Carl Gustav Horn (Dark Horse Comics), and Peter Fernandez & Corinne Orr (Speed Racer). More guests will be announced soon. Scheduled events include the "Black and White" formal Ball, Costume Contest, Dealers Room, Panels, 5 Video Rooms, Anime Music Videos (also known as the Video Art Track), and more. AWA 14 will be held September 19-21, 2008 at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel and the Cobb Galleria Centre, Atlanta, Georgia. ABOUT ANIME WEEKEND ATLANTA: Anime Weekend Atlanta is a Japanese animation convention held annually in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
