When does the 2nd movie take place? After the whole tv series or somewhere in between?

I believe it takes place between the Sensui Arc and the Demon World Tournament. Their is a slight chance it could take place after, but would have to literally take place days before the end of the series because Genkai dies and leaves her temple to Keiko.
